Collins home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Collins fell by $18,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $143,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Collins in July 2016.
