Concord home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Concord rose by $24,700 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $177,200 - a 16.2% increase over the $152,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Concord in July 2016.
