Akron home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Akron fell by $60,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $170,000 - a 26.1% decrease over the $230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Akron in August 2016.
