Lancaster home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Lancaster rose by $24,000 while total sales increased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $184,000 - a 15% increase over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Lancaster in October 2016.
