Akron home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Akron rose by $40,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 36.4% increase over the $110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Akron in October 2016, as well.
