Amherst home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Amherst rose by $11,988 while total sales decreased by 27.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 83 homes sold, with a median sale price of $195,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $183,012 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 114 homes sold in Amherst in November 2016.
