Grand Island home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Grand Island rose by $34,400 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $183,500 - a 23.1% increase over the $149,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Grand Island in November 2016.
