Concord home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Concord rose by $29,750 while total sales increased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $161,250 - a 22.6% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Concord in November 2016.
