Rye Brook home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Rye Brook fell by $152,500 while total sales increased by 157.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 15.6% decrease over the $977,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Rye Brook in July 2016.
