Yorktown home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Yorktown rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 43.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 2% increase over the $367,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Yorktown in October 2016.
