Mount Pleasant home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Mount Pleasant fell by $57,500 while total sales decreased by 54.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $550,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $607,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Mount Pleasant in November 2016.
