Yorktown home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Yorktown fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,500 - a 4.1% decrease over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Yorktown in November 2016.
