Ossining Town home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Ossining Town fell by $124,000 while total sales increased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $376,000 - a 24.8% decrease over the $500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Ossining Town in November 2016.
