North Sea home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in North Sea rose by $119,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $802,500 - a 17.5% increase over the $683,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in North Sea in April 2016.
