Elwood home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Elwood rose by $72,000 while total sales decreased by 63.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $520,000 - a 16.1% increase over the $448,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Elwood in May 2016.
