Noyack home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Noyack rose by $809,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,364,250 - a 145.9% increase over the $554,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Noyack in July 2016.
