North Sea home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in North Sea fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 8.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,000 - a 2.9% decrease over the $782,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in North Sea in July 2016.
