East Quogue home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in East Quogue fell by $69,000 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $470,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $539,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in East Quogue in July 2016.
