Gordon Heights home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Gordon Heights fell by $97,910 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $105,000 - a 48.3% decrease over the $202,910 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Gordon Heights in July 2016, as well.
