North Sea home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in North Sea fell by $140,000 while total sales increased by 30.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $910,000 - a 13.3% decrease over the $1,050,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in North Sea in October 2016.
