Laurel home prices fall in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Laurel fell by $1,035,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $394,750 - a 72.4% decrease over the $1,430,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Laurel in October 2016, as well.
