East Hampton (Suffolk County) home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in East Hampton in Suffolk County rose by $2,700,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $4,900,000 - a 122.7% increase over the $2,200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in East Hampton in November 2016.
