Southampton (Suffolk County) home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Southampton in Suffolk County fell by $287,500 while total sales increased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,800,000 - a 13.8% decrease over the $2,087,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Southampton in November 2016.
