Lloyd Harbor home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lloyd Harbor rose by $152,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,327,500 - a 13% increase over the $1,175,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lloyd Harbor in November 2016.
