Montauk home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Montauk rose by $600,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,200,000 - a 100% increase over the $600,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Montauk in November 2016, as well.
