North Sea home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in North Sea fell by $167,500 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $745,000 - a 18.4% decrease over the $912,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in North Sea in November 2016.
