Peconic home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Peconic rose by $324,250 while total sales increased by 250%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $577,500 - a 128% increase over the $253,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Peconic in November 2016.
