Park Slope/Gowanus home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Park Slope/Gowanus rose by $415,000 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,275,000 - a 48.3% increase over the $860,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Park Slope/Gowanus in April 2016.
