Prospect Heights home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Prospect Heights fell by $252,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $515,000 - a 32.9% decrease over the $767,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Prospect Heights in April 2016.
