East New York home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in East New York fell by $712,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $370,000 - a 65.8% decrease over the $1,082,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in East New York in July 2016.
