Ocean Hill home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Ocean Hill fell by $91,300 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $757,500 - a 10.8% decrease over the $848,800 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Ocean Hill in November 2016, as well.
