TriBeCa home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in TriBeCa fell by $750,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,250,000 - a 25% decrease over the $3,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in TriBeCa in April 2016.
