West Village home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in West Village fell by $16,000 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,445,000 - a 1.1% decrease over the $1,461,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in West Village in April 2016.
