Murray Hill home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Murray Hill fell by $130,500 while total sales increased by 55.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,434,500 - a 8.3% decrease over the $1,565,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Murray Hill in April 2016.
