Upper West Side home prices rise in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Upper West Side rose by $34,500 while total sales decreased by 26.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,144,500 - a 3.1% increase over the $1,110,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Upper West Side in April 2016.
