Chinatown home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Chinatown fell by $62,775 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $650,000 - a 8.8% decrease over the $712,775 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Chinatown in April 2016, as well.
