East Village home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in East Village rose by $20,000 while total sales increased by 150%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,475,000 - a 1.4% increase over the $1,455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in East Village in May 2016.
