Lincoln Square home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Lincoln Square rose by $427,500 while total sales decreased by 5.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,832,500 - a 30.4% increase over the $1,405,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Lincoln Square in July 2016.
