SoHo home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in SoHo fell by $2,502,500 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,735,000 - a 59.1% decrease over the $4,237,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in SoHo in July 2016.
