Greenwich Village home prices fall in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Greenwich Village fell by $1,635,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,595,000 - a 50.6% decrease over the $3,230,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Greenwich Village in July 2016.
