Manhattan Valley home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Manhattan Valley rose by $549,500 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,395,000 - a 65% increase over the $845,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Manhattan Valley in July 2016.
