Midtown South home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Midtown South rose by $85,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,385,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $1,300,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Midtown South in July 2016, as well.
