Midtown East/Turtle Bay home prices rise in July 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Midtown East/Turtle Bay rose by $392,500 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,307,500 - a 42.9% increase over the $915,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in July 2016.
