The median sale price of a home sold in July 2017 in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen fell by $177,250 while total sales increased by 87.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2017, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $999,000 - a 15.1% decrease over the $1,176,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Clinton/Hell's Kitchen in July 2016.
