Carnegie Hill home prices fall in August 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2017 in Carnegie Hill fell by $625,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2017, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,300,000 - a 32.5% decrease over the $1,925,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Carnegie Hill in August 2016.
