Midtown South home prices rise in October 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2017 in Midtown South rose by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2017, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $802,500 - a 0.3% increase over the $800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Midtown South in October 2016.
