Midtown home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Midtown fell by $227,500 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,022,500 - a 10.1% decrease over the $2,250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Midtown in November 2016.
