The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Lenox Hill rose by $752,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 10 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,957,500 - a 62.4% increase over the $1,205,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Lenox Hill in November 2016, as well.
