Greenwich Village home prices fall in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Greenwich Village fell by $40,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,285,000 - a 3% decrease over the $1,325,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Greenwich Village in November 2016.
