The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Midtown East/Turtle Bay rose by $61,250 while total sales increased by 166.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,013,750 - a 6.4% increase over the $952,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Midtown East/Turtle Bay in November 2016.
